End-User License Agreement for GrindersVault PLO 6 Calculator
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Grinders Vault LTD (the "Owner") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
GrindersVault PLO 6 Calculator is distributed for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. You are NOT allowed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any illegal or malicious purposes. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Owner hereby grants you a non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for your personal use, provided you abide by the terms of this EULA.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is offered as a subscription-based service. You may purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, which grants you a license for the corresponding period. Once the subscription expires, you will lose access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT unless renewed. Failure to make a payment will result in the expiration of your license, and access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be revoked.
Furthermore, you agree that once you have received your license key, you are not eligible for a refund. All sales are final.
The Owner of this software is not liable for any damages to you, your property, or losses incurred as a result of using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, attorneys’ fees, or other expenses.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Separation of Components: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its components may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, the Owner may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its components.
3. NO DISASSEMBLY, RECOMPILATION, OR DECRYPTION
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or modify the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & PAYMENT
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
Your subscription will grant you a license for the purchased period.
Failure to make a payment will result in the expiration of your license, and access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be revoked.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling if you do not wish to continue.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
You agree that once you have received your license key, you are not eligible for a refund. All sales are final.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES: The Owner expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: In no event shall the Owner be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial loss) arising from the use or inability to use this product, even if the Owner is aware of the possibility of such damages.
